GameJili may request proof of age, identity, or address at any point during your membership. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension of your account and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one GameJili account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. If GameJili detects multiple accounts linked to the same person — by device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information — all associated accounts may be closed and any balances may be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GameJili login credentials, including your username and password. Accepted Payment Methods

GameJili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine pesos (₱) only. Supported payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards are also accepted.

Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your GameJili wallet within minutes of a successful transaction. GameJili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — these are outside our control.

The minimum deposit amount is indicated within the cashier section of the platform. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account in someone else's name — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid and active once you have received a confirmation from the GameJili platform. Unconfirmed bets — for example, those lost due to a connectivity issue before the confirmation screen loaded — are not binding on GameJili and the relevant stake will be returned to your wallet.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on GameJili. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager. GameJili reserves the right to set individual account limits or market limits at its discretion, particularly for members identified as professional or high-volume bettors.

Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. For pre-game bets, the odds in effect at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. For live in-play bets, odds can shift rapidly — GameJili will always display the current odds on the bet slip before you confirm.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum amount of play required for official result purposes, all pre-game bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For live in-play bets, settlement is subject to the amount of play that was completed at the time of abandonment, in accordance with the specific sport rules.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

GameJili reserves the right to void bets that were accepted due to a manifest error in odds — for example, a significantly misquoted line caused by a technical fault. GameJili will communicate any such voiding promptly and return the relevant stakes to affected members.

GameJili offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to its members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, validity periods, and minimum odds requirements. These are always published alongside the relevant promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, you must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as indicated) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Progress toward wagering requirements can be tracked from within your GameJili account.

One Bonus at a Time

Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or exploiting overlapping promotions constitutes an abuse of GameJili's bonus programme and may result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.

Bonus Abuse

GameJili takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using bonuses in a pattern inconsistent with normal recreational betting may result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and/or permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GameJili platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to access or interact with the GameJili platform.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information that affects the outcome of an event.
• Using the GameJili platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of GameJili.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses more than once.
• Accessing GameJili from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.

All content on the GameJili platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the property of GameJili or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the GameJili platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or otherwise exploit any GameJili content without prior written permission from GameJili.

GameJili collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on GameJili, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. • The member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegal purposes.
• The member has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• The member is in breach of applicable laws or regulations.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to GameJili or other members.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, GameJili may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the relevant balance may be forfeited. Members who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support.

If you self-exclude through GameJili's responsible gaming tools and your account is subsequently closed under those terms, any balance at the time of exclusion will be processed in line with the responsible gaming policy.
